A new way of living!
Recently, I have had the misfortune of arguing with a good friend. Sadly, I'm glad it happened. Some things that were said have helped me immensely. Throughout the relationship I was forcing things. I wouldn't let it just run its natural course, thus putting a strain on the relationship. When this fact was pointed out to me, it was incredibly obvious. I tried controlling something that couldn't be controlled, and forcing something that couldn't be forced. I learned how to live: just live. As much as I think I can control what goes on around me, I can't. Why put effort into trying? Everything happens for a reason....hurt, broken hearts, sadness, pain, depression....I've learned that its the incredibly awesome times that make up for all the pain. Those times you wouldn't trade for the world. Life has ups and downs....its a constant rollercoaster but we don't hold onto the controls. Just sit down, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride....it may be a long one.
Sorry this is all over the place....I'm kind of a scatterbrain! I would also like to thank my friend who opened my eyes and taught me how to life. I know that you know it, butI appreciate everything you've done!
